Terms and Conditions
Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your interaction with automated messaging systems built and operated by Jump LVLs on behalf of small businesses. By submitting your information or engaging with any system powered by Jump LVLs, you agree to these terms.
SMS Communications
By initiating contact with a business that uses Jump LVLs automated systems — through a phone call, web form, or direct message — you agree to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry from that business.
- Message frequency varies based on the nature and status of your inquiry
- Messages are sent on behalf of the specific business you contacted, not by Jump LVLs directly
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
- You are not required to consent to SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out:
- You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out
- No further messages will be sent to your number
- Your opt-out request will be honored within one business day
To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to any previous message or contact the business directly.

Scope of Service
Jump LVLs provides automation infrastructure on behalf of small businesses. Our systems are designed to:
- Respond to customer inquiries on behalf of the business you contacted
- Collect information necessary to fulfill a service request
- Follow up on unresolved inquiries in a timely manner
- Facilitate appointment scheduling and booking confirmation
- Request feedback or reviews after a service is completed
Jump LVLs does not provide the underlying services (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or other home services) directly. All service delivery is the responsibility of the individual business you contacted.
Accuracy of Information
Jump LVLs automated systems use AI-generated responses based on information provided by the business. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, automated responses may not always reflect the most current pricing, availability, or service details. All final pricing and scheduling confirmation is subject to review by the business owner.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use or interact with Jump LVLs automated systems in the following ways:
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Attempting to manipulate or circumvent automated responses
- Using the system to harass, threaten, or abuse business staff or representatives
- Attempting to access data or systems beyond your authorized inquiry
Intellectual Property
All automation workflows, system prompts, logic architecture, and templates developed by Jump LVLs remain the intellectual property of Jump LVLs. Client-specific data, account credentials, and customer information remain the property of the individual client business.
Limitation of Liability
Jump LVLs provides automated messaging infrastructure as a service. We are not liable for:
- Errors or omissions in AI-generated responses
- Service interruptions caused by third party platforms including Twilio, OpenAI, or Make.com
- Actions or omissions of the individual business on whose behalf our systems operate
- Any damages arising from reliance on automated message content without independent verification
In no event shall Jump LVLs total liability exceed the total fees paid by the client business in the preceding 30 days.
Third Party Platforms
Jump LVLs systems operate using third party platforms including Twilio, OpenAI, Make.com, and Airtable. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Jump LVLs is not responsible for changes to third party platform policies or service availability.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
Changes to These Terms
Jump LVLs may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued interaction with our automated systems after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
