SMS Messaging
Jump LVLs operates automated SMS messaging systems on behalf of small businesses. The following terms apply to all SMS communications:

- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
- To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive
- To request assistance, reply HELP to any message
- After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Personal information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- With the specific business on whose behalf the automated system operates, for the purpose of fulfilling your service inquiry
- With technology service providers such as Twilio for SMS delivery and OpenAI for message generation, solely as necessary to operate the automated system
- When required by law or in response to valid legal process
Third Party Service Providers
Jump LVLs uses the following third party platforms to operate its automated messaging systems:
- Twilio Inc. — SMS and voice message delivery
- OpenAI — AI-powered message generation
- Make.com — Automation workflow management
- Airtable — Lead and contact data storage
Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and data protection practices. Personal information shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.
